A contract is formed once you complete your order and receive an automated order confirmation.


We may decline orders in justified cases.

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our responsibility.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

 


EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Returns are accepted if the item is unused, undamaged, and sent back within 14 days.


Important:

Personalized items (with custom text or photos) cannot be returned, unless defective.


Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

 

 

 

9. Warranty

 


Statutory warranty rights apply according to Austrian and EU laws.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours, including photos or videos.

 

 

 

10. Liability

 


We are not liable for minor negligent breaches of duty unless essential contractual obligations are affected.

 

 

 

11. Retention of Title

 


Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
